5️⃣ Application Recovery Process - Mapped application interdependencies to ensure associated services came back online seamlessly with the apps they supported.
6️⃣ DR Risk Remediation - Tackled years-old risks. Closed or initiated closure plans for over 90% of DR-related items. Clarified risk planning, remediation, and closure steps.
7️⃣ SOP & Standards Roll-Out - Created a consistent, repeatable approach to documentation — backed by a clear rollout plan and leadership support.
8️⃣ Cyber & Loss Scenarios - Expanded planning beyond natural disasters to include modern breach and outage events. Built playbooks to strengthen cyber response posture.
9️⃣ Infrastructure Readiness Transfer - Reviewed 60+ artifacts, stored them, and handed them back to IT owners. Locked in a sustainable BAU process to keep DR practices alive.
