Chris Petillo
President & Principal

Chris Petillo has spent over 25 years implementing and advancing technology and operational optimizations in healthcare for top companies and health systems, transforming clinical efficiencies, increasing revenue, and improving patient outcomes.  An early advocate and implementer of cloud image storage, his deep understanding of health IT has enabled him to engage in all clinical areas of healthcare including electronic medical records, departmental and enterprise ancillary systems, integration, data warehousing and analytics, and custom development.  He has been published in several magazines discussing his opinions and experiences in the early days of PACS and later in Enterprise Imaging.

Chris received his Bachelors of Science, in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University and started his career at Siemens Medical Systems in the early days of Digital Angiography.  After spending several years implementing and optimizing these new imaging systems, he moved into the PACS division (Picture Archive and Communication Systems) to help stabilize and grow this innovative technology.  In 2002, he then decided to use his experience on the customer side and joined NYU Langone Medical Center, where he spent the next 9 years optimizing all core ancillary systems and eventually becoming Vice President of Applications in 2011.  Chris was one of the leadership team members who oversaw NYU’s recovery from Hurricane Sandy in 2012 and the rollout of the new enterprise EMR ensuring solid integration with all other key clinical systems.   In 2013, Chris moved to North Shore LIJ Health System as their AVP for Clinical Applications where he led five key service lines in the integration and deployment of enterprise applications throughout the health system.

In 2016, Chris started his own healthcare professional and advisory services company.  With his deep understanding of the landscape of healthcare IT and his ability to translate the requirements and expected outcomes across all key stakeholders, he hopes to bring his insights, optimism, and determination as a change champion to help with the much-needed transformation of healthcare.  Chris volunteers with his two children to several organizations that help feed those in need, and hopes to engage further in other community services in the future that will help improve the social determinants of care.

Sherri Dove
Principal Advisor

Sherri Mark Dove brings to her role as Principal Advisor of Rhyno Healthcare Solutions an extensive track record of success in the business of healthcare technology. Her work in the medical field is built on a strong foundation of the client-side paradigm, illustrated by her 10 years of service as a Radiology Administrator for Next Generation Radiology, a multi modality office with three locations. There, she gained valuable hands-on experience in the management of a large multi-specialty practice, which included developing and implementing marketing strategies as well as negotiating and recommending capital purchases.

Her capacity as a liaison and stakeholder on the customer-end of the healthcare spectrum served her quite effectively upon shifting to sales and support. During her 19-year tenure at Siemens Healthcare, Sherri covered all bases– first as an MR Product Specialist, where she worked closely with the sales team and management to develop winning strategies for expanding the depth and scope of Siemens’ MR business in the New York region, and then as an Account Executive specializing in the sales of Imaging and IT products, where she both built a quantitatively robust network of loyal customers and greatly improved the qualitative customer experience.  Both pursuits were continuously embellished by such accolades as a consistent awarding of Siemens’ Crest Awards, alongside receiving the coveted Apex Award, as well as securing both the largest Ultrasound order sold to a non-hospital Siemens customer and the largest Digital Portable fleet in the Northeast.

Through her comprehensive expertise acquired from having a deep understanding of the customers requirements, the ability to translate those needs across IT delivery teams and key stakeholders, her excellent skills in follow up and delivery, and an overall positive and energetic personality, Sherri contributes a highly holistic perspective to healthcare information technology.  Combine this with an ongoing portfolio of training and education from the likes of the Winthrop School of Radiologic Technology, Nassau Community College, the American Management Association, Insotus Business College, and the Miller Heiman Group, Sherri is a welcome addition to the Rhyno team.

Kristian Petillo graduated from Rutgers University with an English Major and Creative Writing Minor in 2019.  Kristie’s practice with digital art, specifically for instruction and advertisement, began in 2010.  While at Rutgers, she campaigned through social media, and in print, to build a student recreational library in the “Writers’ House” of the College Avenue English Building.

Her foremost passion is writing fiction, for which she has won a Scholastic Gold Key and has earned some minor in-print publications.  In 2018, she was selected for the fiction intensive led by Lev Grossman in Findhorn, Scotland, as well as the 2019 session led by Dave Rudden and Michael Swanwick.  She also enjoys painting, volunteering with her father and brother at Saint Ann’s Soup Kitchen, and napping with her beloved bulldog, Portobella. Kristie hopes to bring her optimism and determination to your team, and help to help foster communication between the branches of the organization.
